I’m relatively new to the area and stopped in to try this place out. I love Indian and Nepali food so I was excited. Owners/Staff were very friendly and attentive. You order with the QR code at the table and it sends it straight to the kitchen. The food was quite good, and the prices are VERY reasonable! My only real complaint is about the cleanliness.

Friendly fast service with a host of different Nepalese and Indian dishes available. I like the lamb dishes like Biryani. The garlic Naan and samosas are also very good. You can order your food spicy, medium or mild. Quiet and comfortable atmosphere. Reasonable prices.
Great experience! The Indian and Nepali dishes tasted very authentic. The momo and butter chicken were delicious, and the presentation was clean and nice. Prices are also quite reasonable. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to try something different.

I recently visited The Kathmandu Kitchen in Daphne during my trip to the USA, and honestly, it was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had! The food was full of authentic Nepali flavors—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly spiced. I tried the momo and chicken curry, and both were absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming.
I was always a big fan of the Yak Kathmandu in Fairhope. I was quite sad when they closed. I am adding a review to say that, at their new location in Daphne, they are even better! Every member said that the food tasted a bit different but was much better. The lamb vindaloo was simply amazing, and the aloo dum is a must-have. 5 stars.
We ordered Indian food to go: 2 Tikki masalas and tandoori chicken with garlic Nun. The food was decent. We also had samosas and mango lassi. Though samosas were good, I wasn’t impressed by their lassi. I tried to place an order by phone but no one answered the phone. There is an option to order online but it doesn’t have a regular credit card pay option. So, I had to place the order in the restaurant and waited for it which weren’t convenient ( but fortunately didn’t take very long).
